When I first saw Paris Hilton in this dress I thought to myself - YUCK! She doesn't even look like herself. BUT then I saw that she attended the Ocean Drive Magazine party with her parents and it all made sense. When Daddy Hilton is around - Paris doesn't show off the boobs.
