Mischa Barton visited NYC and made the most out of it.
She went on David Letterman. I missed it. :(
She also visited MTV's TRL in a little dress with no stockings and black toe nail polish on a very very cold day. If I wore that dress my boobs would be doing a Scarlett Johansson. And what is up with the Ugg shoe fest behind her?
